FURTHER ThePCFriends.com IS NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OBLIGATED IN THE CASE OF AN ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR WEB SITE OR SOFTWARE,  TO PLACE YOUR WEB SITE OR SOFTWARE IN A SPECIAL CATEGORY OR SUBCATEGORY OR  TO MAKE ANY COMMENTS OR NOTES TO THE LISTING OF YOUR WEB SITE OR SOFTWARE.

5 DATA SECURITY

The applicant agrees with the fact that ThePCFriends.com uses such information as a whole for marketing or other advertising purposes. 6 EXEMPTION

The applicant releases ThePCFriends.com and their parent companies, subsidiaries, associated companies, organs, managing director, partner, employee and assigned from all requirements or demands third - including appropriate costs for defense -, those from or in connection with the use of the ThePCFriends.com portal by the applicant, who or refusal of the Web Site or software, alleged offences against this agreement, suggested by the applicant, or the alleged injury of rights third develops for acceptance. 7 GUARANTEE AND NON-LIABILITY

ThePCFriends.com AND THEIR PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, ASSOCIATED COMPANIES, ORGANS, MANAGING DIRECTOR, PARTNER, EMPLOYEE ARE NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LIABLE FOR ESCAPED BUSINESS, ESCAPED PROFIT OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, OPERATING INTERRUPT DAMAGE OR LOSS OF DATA OR FOR ANY INDIRECT ONES, SPECIAL ONES, COINCIDENTAL ONES OR DAMAGES. 8 HIGHER FORCE

None of the parties of this agreement is opposite liable for late or not furnished achievements from the agreement the others, which are to due indirectly or directly to higher force or cases outside of your sphere of influence.

9 COMPLETE AGREEMENT

This agreement represents the entire agreement of the parties in connection with the service and replaces all earlier verbal and written agreements and agreements. Special agreements to this agreement do not exist.

10 GENERAL REGULATIONS


10,1 should be or become a regulation or should several regulations of this agreement totally or partly ineffective or impracticable, then the effectiveness of the remaining regulations remains unaffected. The ineffective or impracticable regulation has to be replaced by a regulation, which comes the economic content of the ineffective or impracticable regulation next.
